We are a community neighborhood association of 38 privately owned townhomes, located in South Roanoke County, with stunning views of the valley.

Important Notices - the next scheduled meeting will be the Annual Meeting held on Monday, May 19, 2025 at 6:00 PM in the Auditorium of the South County Library-6303 Merriman Road Roanoke, VA 24018. With sign-in to begin at 5:30 PM and the meeting will begin at 6PM. Please click here to view the Annual Meeting Notice. Your attendance is strongly encouraged to attend the meeting so a quorum is met to hold the meeting. If you are not able to attend, please appoint a Proxy in your place. The Annual Walk-Through and Board Meeting are scheduled for Wednesday, June 11, 2025 beginning at 9AM-11AM. A Regular Board meeting will immediately follow the Annual Walk Through.
