We are a community neighborhood association of 38 privately owned townhomes, located in South Roanoke County, with stunning views of the valley.

Important Notices - the next scheduled board meeting will be at the Annual Walk-Through which is scheduled for Wednesday, June 24th, at 9AM beginning at the gazebo. Please be aware that management and the board will be onsite and prepare for the Annual Walk-Through. Please check back to the website for any updates.

Please be prepared for the sealing of the asphalt that is scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 15th-Friday, July 24th. Please be prepared for Blacktop Sealers to be onsite and be patient while this project is being completed. Side A is set to be sealed on July 15th and Side B is set to be sealed on July 22nd.
