We are a community neighborhood association of 38 privately owned townhomes, located in South Roanoke County, with stunning views of the valley.

Please be prepared for the sealing of the asphalt that is scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 15th-Friday, July 24th. Please be prepared for Blacktop Sealers to be onsite and be patient while this project is being completed. Side A is set to be sealed on July 15th and Side B is set to be sealed on July 22nd. ****UPDATE TO SEALING SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, JULY 22ND****
Due to rain predicted in the forecast for Wednesday, July 22nd, the asphalt sealing that is scheduled for Wednesday has been moved to Thursday, July 23rd. The crew will arrive around 7:30am to begin the work. Please click here to view the areas affected by this change (yellow highlighted areas.)
Please also keep in mind the following while this project is underway:
-Have all cars moved prior to Blacktop Sealers arrival. It is important that cars are not close to the asphalt so the technicians can weed eat and use a high powered blower.
-Turn off all sprinklers 48 hours before sealing begins.
-At the beginning of the project you will see some power steering marks in the asphalt, but that will dissipate within 4-6 weeks of the application.
